At a previous architectural firm, one of the Principals was involved in this project. This upscale development features eighteen luxury townhouses with four distinct floor plans and design options. The units range in size from 1,150 s.f. to 2,850 s.f. with private outdoor balconies and/or a roof top deck. Units share a private courtyard with private garage access off the busy street. The contemporary design includes sleek metal railings, beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops with many units featuring fireplaces and skylights.
