Regal Art & Gift, a leading design and wholesale distribution company on the West Coast, hired CWA to provide a unique office space for the Midwest regions new location.  Converting an existing large warehouse/distribution space, the client requested that we help provide an inviting office space for warehouse staff to relax while on breaks to get away from the busy and noisy distribution area of the warehouse.  The space includes a large break room with amenities along with a quiet room with soft seating and televisions.  There are also private mini rooms for taking/making phone calls for the staff.  The space also accommodates product display and office personnel that manage distribution and sales.
