Collins Webb is excited to help bring Liquor House to Shawnee. Liquor House is a high-end liquor store containing 112 feet of beer coolers, 4,394 s.f. of retail space, and a tasting area. CW designed liquor house to be able to accommodate a large selection of retail beer, wine, and liquor in a highly efficient layout and design. Included in the design is a tasting area to experience the best wine the KC metro has to offer. The site presented unique challenges from platting and planning requirements. Connectivity to multiple points of access with tie into the local infrastructure make this project a valuable real estate asset to the development.
