Collins Webb Architecture was commissioned by developers to reimaging the historic downtown bank building for 3 tenants, all featuring different design and build needs. iTap (International Tap House) is the central resident of the bank building with their landing at one of the most recognized intersections in downtown Lee’s Summit.

iTap’s design features a horseshoe shaped bar, the old bank vault as the keg cooler, a two-level patio, parlor games and 18 TVs, where they feature 40 taps of the most sought-after beers, signature draft cocktails and one of the metro’s biggest bourbon selections. iTap subleases to Johnny Jo’s New York style pizza and sandwiches under the old bank building roof, which was part of the design build elements of the project.
