CWA was commissioned to design the Kansas City Metro corporate offices for one of the largest union interior and exterior finish contractors in the United States.  We were tasked with creating private offices for all staff, while maintaining maximum daylight into the interior space.  The complex also houses an 18,000s.f. warehouse to support the field personnel and panel max systems to design/build specialty construction items.  The 12,500s.f. office includes a large break area for both office and field staff, and a training room to help educate and demonstrate best practices in the industry.  The facility will allow for future growth in the region and give personnel a beautiful office space.
