Collins | Webb Architecture was commissioned to convert and existing building on the main corridor to downtown Lee’s Summit into a Medical Marijuana Dispensary.  The space feels surprisingly large for the small footprint of the building.  With luxurious finishes, the lobby space hosts patrons while they wait to access the retail floor.  The secure retail space has multiple displays for edibles, oils, concentrates, etc. along with accessories that can be purchased.  The entire space has been designed under the strictest Federal and Local restrictions.  The client’s moto of “Live Life Good.”, is evident as you enter the facility.
