The Venue Clubhouse

Collins | Webb Architecture was commissioned to design a new clubhouse for a new townhome development. In conjunction with the 21-acre site and 204 multi-family unit, The Venue Clubhouse houses a large great room that overlooks the pool area. The space also includes a fitness center, gaming area and modern offices for the property management and team.
