Roger Webb
Roger is the “Webb” of Collins + Webb — the calm problem-solver, big-picture thinker, and steady hand guiding clients through every phase of their project.When he’s not doing all the owner-y things that owners do, he’s mentoring the CWA team, tackling owner challenges head-on, and shaping spaces that help businesses grow, evolve, and thrive. Outside the office, Roger and his wife can usually be found running a very active parental-Uber service for their three kids. And when the schedule finally opens, he’s outdoors — dining, boating, exploring, and enjoying any excuse to soak up fresh air. A not-so-little-known fact: Roger paid his way through college framing houses and doing interior trim carpentry. That hands-on experience still informs his work today, giving him rare insight into how great design meets real-world construction. What can we say? He’s a man of many skills — and we’re lucky to have him.
Sam Collins
Sam may have his name on the door, but that doesn’t mean he’s kicking back and handing out orders. Far from it. He’s deep in the trenches every day, working closely with clients and making sure they’re nothing short of thrilled with their finished projects.
At home, Sam’s wife expertly manages a bustling household with three boys—Sam proudly included as the eldest. His “youthful spirit” (his wife might choose a slightly different phrase) keeps him outdoors hiking, camping, canoeing, fishing, and cheering from the sidelines as his sons tackle baseball, basketball, soccer, and track. When they’re not at a field or court, the whole crew loves escaping the daily hustle. They’re on a family mission to visit as many State and National Parks as possible—and they’re well on their way.
