National Powersport Auctions

Collins | Webb ARCHITECTURE partnered with National Powersport Auctions (NPA) to deliver tenant improvements for their new Kansas City, KS location. This adaptive reuse project focused on transforming an existing facility to support NPA’s specialized operations as a premier wholesale auction platform for powersports vehicles.

The design scope included a comprehensive interior renovation tailored to NPA’s unique business model—accommodating auction logistics, secure vehicle handling, administrative functions, and customer-facing areas. Key improvements incorporated updated floor plans, enhanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a streamlined layout for operational efficiency.

The result is a functional, durable, and adaptable space that supports high-volume inventory turnover and positive customer experience.
