The client asked Collins | Webb Architecture to modernize their existing office support spaces that are a part of the large manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri.  The Collins | Webb team worked closely with the client and General contractor to work within the budget and accommodate the need to have high durability finishes for this manufacture space.  With a pet friendly environment along with production workers routinely coming into the space, the finishes had to be long lasting while giving the sense of a class A office space.  Key project elements included a new reception area, upgraded conference rooms, training room, new locker/toilet rooms and an upgraded break area for both production and office staff.
