Lee's Summit Green Street

Collins | Webb ARCHITECTURE, was part of the design team for this Downtown Lee’s Summit municipal project. Partnering collaboratively with city officials, downtown stakeholders, and other consultants on the team.

This mixed-use development, is a public-private partnership featuring a Farmers Market and an enclosed Community Gathering Space. It also boasts public plazas, new streetscapes, and extensive outdoor public space for festivals, performances, and community gatherings.

Future project components will be complemented by private development projects that are anticipated to include multi-family housing, restaurant/retail destinations, and a boutique hotel.
