Collins | Webb Architecture worked closely with the development team as the Shell Architect, in addition to the Tenant Architect for Silverspot Cinema, incorporating Silverspot Cinema’s branded interiors. Located on the East side of the town center, Brookfield’s boutique state-of-the-art entertainment theater features a sleek concierge, bar, and lounge on the main floor with indoor seating for more than 70 guests, nine auditoriums divided between three stories, a commercial kitchen providing in-theater dining, and an outdoor patio. Direct elevator access into the lounge is also incorporated from The Corners’ expansive covered parking, providing protection during inclement weather.

In addition, Silverspot Cinema will debut its new S Bar cocktail lounge concept at the Town of Brookfield location, offering indoor seating for more than 70 guests along with an outdoor patio. Each auditorium will feature custom-designed fully-reclining leather seats which offer three levels of adjustable heating, a table for in-theater dining and a call button for in-theater service.
