This adaptive reuse project focused on transforming an existing facility to support NPA’s specialized operations as a premier wholesale auction platform for powersports vehicles.

The design scope included a comprehensive interior renovation tailored to NPA’s unique business model—accommodating auction logistics, secure vehicle handling, administrative functions, and customer-facing areas. Key improvements incorporated updated floor plans, enhanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a streamlined layout for operational efficiency.
