CWA was honored to develop a new campus EMS facility for a Senior Living Community. CWA worked closely with the client’s programming and needs assessment to maximize space and provide a healthy environment for responders, while maintaining the pride and culture of their campus.

The new design concept incorporated durable and appropriate materials to withstand the daily use arising from numerous daily trips serving the campus and community at large.

The program consists of 4 sleeping units to allow 24-hour operation, dayroom, kitchen, patio area, training room, 4 bay garage, shower and restrooms and dispatch office.
